This process helps departments, academies, industrial clients, government buyers, and individual customers receive a written quote that reflects the actual requirement.

1. Send the equipment request

Start with the manufacturer or product, quantity, intended use, delivery ZIP code, and required-by date. Include known sizes, colors, options, standards, or department specifications. If you are not sure which model is appropriate, explain the application and the features that matter most.

2. Confirm specifications and availability

Ethos Fire reviews the request and may ask follow-up questions about sizing, configuration, substitutions, customization, or timing. Availability and lead times are confirmed as part of the quoting process and may change before an order is accepted.

3. Receive a written quote

The quote may identify the manufacturer and model, configuration, quantity, unit pricing, freight, estimated lead time, quote expiration, and relevant assumptions or exclusions. Review every detail before approval.

4. Complete purchasing requirements

Tell us whether the order will use a purchase order, government card, tax-exempt documentation, cooperative contract, or standard commercial payment. 5. Approve the order

An order is processed only after the required approval and payment or purchase-order documentation is accepted. Changes after approval may affect pricing, lead time, or availability.

6. Delivery and follow-up

Delivery timing depends on inventory, manufacturer production, customization, freight, and the approved order. Tracking or delivery information is provided when available. Inspect the shipment promptly and contact Ethos Fire if the delivered order does not match the approved documentation.
