Training Turnout Rental Gear - Early Return Policy
Our training turnout rentals programs are designed to help Academy Cadets and Firefighting students get the right turnout gear for their training. We’re firefighters ourselves, and we understand that “life happens” and sometimes we have to take a step back to reevaluate our life plans for the future. Early turnout gear returns happen – and here’s our policy to deal with it.

Returns are usually processed within 72 hours once your return is received back in our warehouse.
Package your return items in a shipping appropriate box that will ensure the items arrive safely. Recommended to use the same type of packaging as you received your gear.
Your refund will be returned to you using the same payment method originally used when ordering your gear.
