Order Confirmation
Your order confirmation is sent to you upon approval of payment. Our payment system will send a receipt to the email address associated with this order. Please keep this order number in a safe place – If you have to get in touch with us for any reason, it helps if you have it available.
Cancellation Policy

Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement of non-servicable clothing, as per NFPA 1851. If you believe your turnout PPE gear is non-serviceable or have had a “training incident,” that compromised the integrity of the gear, contact Bryan Powell (619 778-7579) or John Ghiotto (619 540-0376). You’ll be dealing directly with the owners of Ethos Fire for your issue. Their hours are Monday – Saturday, from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Returns and Refund Policy
Our training turnout rentals program is designed to help Academy Cadets and Firefighting students get the right turnout gear for their training. We’re firefighters ourselves, and we understand that “life happens,” and sometimes we have to take a step back to reevaluate our life plans for the future.
- You can contact Bryan Powell at (619) 778-7579 or John Ghiotto at (619) 540-0376, or you can use our Contact Us Form to reach out to Ethos Fire about any questions or concerns with your return.
- Returns are usually processed within 72 hours once your return is received back in our warehouse.
- You should package your return items in a shipping-appropriate box that will ensure the items arrive safely. It is recommended to use the same type of packaging as you received your gear.
- Your refund will be returned to you using the same payment method originally used when ordering your gear.
Rental Payment Terms
We require 100% payment (including deposit if requested) in advance, prior to shipment of your order.
